All prices are in Pounds Sterling, and ALL payments are to be made via PayPal or card, whichever is your preference.

Pricing of Goods
We strive to ensure all pricing of goods are correct at the time of going to press. Should there be a error in pricing then Rose Cottage Events have the sole right to take the product out of sale to correct the price and return the item for sale.

In the event that there are price rises out of our control e.g. in materials, postage etc, then Rose Cottage Events have the right to put their prices up at short notice.

All items must be signed for. All packages and goods must be inspected upon receipt, and any damage noted upon signing for. failure to do so will result in the purchaser being responsible for any costs incurred if item(s) have to be returned to us.

Returns policy
In the unfortunate event that an item requires to be returned to us, it must be returned in the same packaging, and the consumer will be responsible for return postage.

The onus is with the consumer to check parcels on arrival for any damage that may have incurred during transit.

No returns are accepted on personalised items, unless the error is on our part. PLEASE NOTE for personalised items, All correct and full personalised details required for said personalised item must be provided to us in writing in the form of an accompanying email, or preferably provided in the “message box” in the payment section prior to payment.

All claims for damaged goods must be made in writing to info@rosecottageevents.com within 3 days of the receipt of the goods/products. Please be aware that any claims submitted more than 3 days after you have taken delivery of your order, cannot be considered.

All claims for faulty/broken goods must be accompanied with photographic evidence along with your claim.
Please note we do not consider any dent/crush or imperfection to any packaging or display box as a legitimate case for a return to be issued.
